Locked Notes Password

I have recently transferred my data from my iPhone 6s to my iPhone XR, and reset the old 6s so my mum can use it for herself. Now I’m trying to access my locked notes from my old iPhone, however I forgot my password and it’s not allowing me to use face iD to unlock. I can’t access the notes on the old iPhone to unlock them either as I’ve reset it and they’re now unavailable on that phone. Does anyone know how I can unlock these Notes? Thank you.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Once you forget your Notes password, those notes that were locked using this password remain locked forever. There is no way to recover them.
