I need to use a US credit card but I live in Canada. What can I do?! It worked before.

How do I make payment if I can’t change my billing address I was in the USA and moved to ghana and am having problems with changing my billing address. I have 3 dollars to pay on the old card which isn’t working now so want to use a different card but the billing address especially the REGION won’t change. And this is affecting the other apps on the phone. I can’t update them

You can only use a U.S credit card with an Apple ID that is set to the U.S.

You cannot add a U.S credit card, if your account is set to Canada.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

Follow the steps in the support document i linked to above to make sure your Apple ID is set to the U.S.

How do I set myself to the US? I had nothing Canadian to do this
