iTune Login Error - 50

I have tried to open my iTunes but it is shown we could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occured (-50). i don't know what should i do?? without iTunes login i cannot open my mobile... please share me some suggestion to complete this issue.

iPhone 4s, iOS 9

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities, and I understand there's an error when trying to connect to the iTunes Store. I'll do what I can to help.

This can be related to the connection to the iTunes Store. Try the steps from this link here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
Restart the computer and try connecting again.
If you have any security software installed, try these: Resolve issues between iTunes for Windows and third-party security software
Apply any Windows updates if available: Update Windows 10
As a last step, uninstall and reinstall iTunes: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
