My sound on social media when I go to make make a video doesn’t work however on normal camera roll video it works and videos play with normal sound does anyone know how to resolve this thanks

audio on social media i have an iphoneXS, i’ve had it for a while but never this problem before. the audio on my social media camera (e.g. snapchat, instagram) has a static sound and you can’t hear what i’m saying. But on calls and the video camera that’s on the phone itself, you can hear me. how do i fix this?

Sound not working on my phone, I am unable to hear any Audio on social media apps on the videos that I, myself record. I can hear the media from videos etc but self recorded videos are unable to be heard. I have restarted my phone as well. Also, on my gallery app the sound button isn’t an usable option.

ask the social media developer or look at their support site, since it works for the built in Apple apps.
