Where can I buy a WI-FI card for may late 2013 Apple Mac Pro retina? Apple have removed spares for this product.

Apple has never sold replacements for internal components of Macs to the general public.
If you need an internal Wifi card, for your Mac you are going to have to look on ebay.
Otherwise, you can buy any USB wi-fi adapter and connect it to a USB port on the Mac.
