Purchase Fail
I just got a $15 gift card and redeemed it on this brand new Apple ID, but when I purchase things in-game it always fails. I looked on other posts but none of them worked. Help anyone?

As the messages shows, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
