Apple Pay with iTunes Canada

Why is Apple Pay not showing as an option? As you can see it says that it can be linked up. My bank card is in my wallet and as far as I understand, that’s all that needs to be done

can not use apple pay I did follow the steps of adding card into wallet, and checked all the information about the card and apple ID are correct. However, I can not use apple pay at shops. I made call to the bank they said it is the issue of Apple coz they said they cannot find any issue in their system. I would make sure what is the problem here that I cannot use apple pay. Thanks
