Can’t find sim application in phone settings

i can’t find sim application in mobile data. To deactivate the flash. They are draining the balance little by little. Asked about it with the provider Vodafone but they don’t have a solution. Please help

There is no SIM app on iPhone.

You have to work with your carrier.
