got a replacement 6s now cannot get my iTunes music

If the music was synced from your computer to your previous iPhone, you will need to connect your phone to your computer and sync them over to the new phone using iTunes. If the music was purchased through your Apple ID on your iPhone from iTunes Store, go to Settings > Your Name, Apple ID, iTunes & App Store > Tap iTunes & App Store > Make sure Music is turned on.
