All of my emojis have disappeared off my phone? How do I fix this and get them back?

Check Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards and make sure you have the Emoji keyboard showing.

I can't click on mine either, there is nothing to be gained from doing so. If it is showing there you still have the keyboard. Try restarting your iPhone.
