Content from another country.

I've found an awesome rock band through You Tube, and would like to support them by buying their album, and at the same time enjoy their music offline.

However, this band is in Germany and their new album is on the German iTunes Store and I'm in the United States. Isn't there some way I could buy this content internationally?
