Airdrop Failed to Save

My iPhone XR can receive and airdrop photos to others but has stopped airdropping to my iPad. When I try to do this the Failed to Save message comes up on my iPad, but my phone says sent. Why has this started?

why my iphone 13pro airdrop always off I bought iPhone 13 Pro 256G in November. When my friend told me to use AirDrop to transfer photos, I found I couldn't open it. My AirDrop has been auto-shutdown, and I've tried everything but turned it on. I was disappointed because I hadn't had that with my iPhone X.

Try force restarting the iPad. Restart iPad - Apple Support

I am having the same issue with files coming from Quicktime to my iPhone. My iPhone won't let me edit videos either.
