If this is About a "cracked screen" (not "glass"), Contact Apple Support:

This may be a faulty device. So, contact Apple Support, and see what they have to say on this.

Unless there is a manufacturing defect (unlikely), accidental damage is NOT covered under iPhone standard warranty. The back glass on your iPhone is fused and cannot be replaced. Since the phone cannot be repaired, it requires a full replacement. The cost to replace the phone will be less if you purchased AppleCare+ when you purchased your phone and much higher if you did not.

Teetoronto20 ~ If this RhinoShield Impact Skin can't patch up your iPhone, it can protect it after it's fixed. They have a video Installation Tutorial and the company says: "If you remove the Impact Skin from your phone, it won't leave any traces of adhesives or damage on the back of your device. Please know that you are able to remove the Impact Skin to reapply it if it is misaligned." Also see their Impact Skin Hammer Test video.
