How do I get notifications from iMessage on my watch

Are you referring to the Messages app to get iMessages? Do you receive them on your iPhone? How do you have Messages configured in the Watch app on your iPhone?
I can receive calls but not messages everything is on
It’s working not didn’t realize if I’m using my phone my watch will not give me a notification thank you

Check your notification settings in the Watch app on the iPhone. Also, make sure that you have the Watch unlocked. Are you wearing the Watch?
