App Store in the wrong country

I recently changed my App Store location and it worked fine on my Mac, nut it refuse to change on my iPad. I have tried re-entering the Apple ID, and updating. When I try download apps it just tells me that I'm in the wrong store but won't give me the option to switch.

If you are using the same Apple ID on both then it should automatically update. try signing out of your Apple ID on your iPad and back in.
