pple Music function "For You"

Hello!
I have problem with Apple Music function "For You". If I want to use this function, I watch this message "We've run into a problem. Try Again". "Library, Browse, Radio and Search" work, bet "For You" - no. This problem with all my device: iPhone, iPad, TV and Mac. Please help me find the solution of the problem.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that you're receiving an error message when trying to access the For You section in Music on multiple devices. You've come to the right place! I'm happy to help.


If you haven't already, test this issue while connected to a different network. If the issue persists persists, sign out of Apple Music on all of your devices and sign back in.

Sign in with your Apple ID


Also, restart your devices. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.


Let us know the results. Have you noticed this issue with other features of Music? Please include additional error messages and any other troubleshooting steps you may have tried.

Thank you very much for the advice. I did everything as you recommended. Now everything works!


In the process of system restarting, it turned out that if I enter in the Apple TV from your iPhone or iPad (use device), the Apple Music function "For You" doesn't work. You need to enter the system in a "simple" way - manually enter the login name - Apple ID and password. In this case everything works.
