locked out of the Apple store
How do I get unlocked? I can’t update apps because my payment info needs to be updated. I can’t update my payment info bc it says I’m “locked out of the iTunes and App Store”

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
"When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."
