By upgrading iOS.
How do I do that?
Tap Settings > General > Software Update
Follow directions as displayed. Be sure your device is connected to the AC charger or is fully charged. Perform a backup before upgrading.
It says my software is up to date. I will have to contact the company I bought this program from then. When I try to use it, it says my Safari is out of date.
