How should I attach the band?
i am left handed and wear a watch on my right wrist how should I attach the band?

Whichever works the best for you. However, generally, if you are referring to the two-piece sport band, people put the shorter end at the top of the watch and the longer end at the bottom. It really doesn't matter, just find the way that is easiest for you to fasten the band.
