When you phone is locked and your

phone rings, how do you decline a call

If you press the power button once, it will silence the ringer and the call will go to voicemail. If you press the power button twice quickly, it will send the call directly to voicemail. You will only see the decline button if the iPhone is unlocked and you are using it for something.
