Settings, apple id, and touch id

Sign or log out of the wrong Apple ID then sign or log in with the right Apple ID. If you don't know the password for the wrong Apple ID, then you have a problem.

I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and discuss this problem with them. Its sounds pretty convoluted to expect a simple answer online.
