Settings, apple id, and touch id

So I got a Macbook but it’s still at the store getting set up and stuff and my dad was setting it up and he kept entering the wrong apple id and so now on my phone when i go into settings at the top where it says my name it usually looks like clear and i can tap on it and it will take me to a different page and have more options but now, it’s like slightly faded and i can’t get into that section on my settings... Also, my touch id and change of password is no longer an option. What is there to do to fix my apple id problem and touch id?

Sign or log out of the wrong Apple ID then sign or log in with the right Apple ID. If you don't know the password for the wrong Apple ID, then you have a problem.
