WhatsApp Contact Not Appearing

I can’t seem to find any reason for this. It’s their correct number with country code. That have Whatsapp.

iMessage doesn’t work I have a new problem! iMessage was set up on my number in previous iOS versions. After updating system software, I set it on my apple id & once I tried to change it back, it doesn’t work anymore:( Also I live in Iran and country code is not available in the list of iMessage settings! Any solution?!
