I had upgrade from XS max to 11 pro max obviously i compare the screen when i turn off true tone and night shift opening the calendar apps for testing. 11 pro max screen looks yellow. I’ll just bought my 11 pro max December 2019

We can’t judge that situation remotely, sorry, but if you’re sure that all settings related to display and colors are the same, since your 11 is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. If send it to apple service center confirmed the problem they will change replacement set for me?
Check if true tone is enabled in settings>display and disable it, it may solve your issue about the yellow screen
