iPhone 11 Pro fully charged, but wireless charging pad indicator light not changing.

 I have a Verizon Wireless Charging Pad (Fast Charge, Q1 certified)) and an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Seems to work fine. The indicator light is supposed to turn from white to green when the phone is fully charged. However, the light on the charging pad stays white even when the phone is fully charged. Doesn't the iPhone 11 Pro Max support "fully battery communication".

Does anyone use this charging pad? Something funky with charging pad (it's new), or the phone?

Any thoughts?
