$200+ broken subscription, and problem getting refund

My subscription on Masterclass app have a problem, charge got deducted but I never got the content on the app, it keeps asking me to buy it.


I contacted them and they aren't fixing it.


I am trying to get an Apple refund, where can I do it?

You can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
