Apple cannot help you, that is why. It has nothing to do with the phone. The amount of time that a phone rings is determined by the cellular carrier. And they do not have much room to change it. That timing all has to do with network call setup time, and is generally around 30 seconds from the time the call first hits the network, until the time it will go to voicemail. That can generally be around 4 rings. But again, it isn't about the number of rings. Contact your carrier and see if they can modify it. Do not be surprised if they say they cannot, and if so, it may only be a second or two. There is no other way to modify it.

Contact your cellular service provider. They are the ones that control how many rings it takes before it goes to voicemail, not Apple.

No hacks, which would void your warranty by the way and forfeit any support from Apple and by extensions these forums, would do anything on the iPhone side to extend that.

Apple has no way of extending that. It's under carrier control.
