No Internet Connection

My connection to the internet works great on my iPhone, iPad and even my kindle. But I’m unable to connect to the internet from my MAC. It’s says I’m connected and have a strong signal. However no page will load. Sometimes it will load one page and work for a few minutes but then when I try to go to a new website it won’t load.

Deselect Proxies, if selected.

System Preference > Network > Advanced  > Proxies Tab

Unlock the lock if you have to.

Under "Select Protocol”, uncheck any box if check marked.

    Click "OK" then  "Apply”.

Safari can’t open a website that uses a protocol other than http or https.
