Calls/ FaceTime

Every time i call someone it rings on speaker and I can’t turn it off, when they answer we can’t hear each other. When I FaceTime someone we can’t hear each other and the call fails

Sounds like an issue with your mic and speakers.

If not, your phone will likely require service by Apple or an authorized service location.
