Money I had in my iTunes account is gone.

I had a good amount of money in my iTunes account and it is no longer there. You have evidently changed the format of the iTunes program and evidently when you changed it my money disappeared.

How do I find out what has caused this problem?

Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support explains how to "Authorize" a computer.


See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support explains how to find your purchase history.


You may be signing into a different account than the one which has the funds.
