How to change default browser

How can I change the default browser in certain apps to be something other than Safari.

For example, if I go to click a link which is in a text format, I only get the options "Copy" or "Open in Safari". I really want to be able to open links in a different browser without having to copy the link then paste it in the desired browser.

Another example is when clicking on a link that opens in a new box within the app itself. It chooses Safari by default. I am new to using iOS and iPads.

iPad Pro, iOS 13

A small number of apps allow you to choose a default browser for that app.

One example is the gmail app. This app allows you to choose a default browser.

There is no way to set the default browser for iOS as a whole to something other than Safari.
