How do I airprint to a Ricoh M C250FWB printer?

I just got a Ricoh M C250FWB printer. I was able to print and scan from the Mac without issues. But how do I AirPrint from my iPhone?

If you are on the same WIFi network as the printer, it should be seamless. You select the print option from the the share icon and the printer should appear at the top of the preview window like this.

The device is on the list for AirPrint devices. See this support document for help with printing.
