Quick google search show Virtue has renounced all her Angel book stuff, stopped using or supporting her special tarot cards.

A search of the appstore shows a Doreen Virtue card app is available, if you speak or can read japanese.

To the OP, I would guess you need to reach out to the developer of this app for the answer to your question. That is not an Apple product.
