Unable to complete a purchase
I'm finding it difficult subscribing to some app with my Apple ID. It kept saying the purchase cannot be completed

If it also says to contact iTunes Support you should do so if you haven't already : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
