Also, the IMEI, which has nothing to do with warranty coverage issues you have just discovered, can be obtained several ways:

• Check the label on the box.
• Check the contract from the carrier.
• Go to Settings / General / About
• Dial *#06#

You stated that you cannot check the IMEI number on that website however the website is asking for the Serial Number and not the IMEI number. Are you sure you are entering the correct information?

Go to Settings-->>General-->>About and the 5th item down from the top is the Serial Number of your iPhone. Input that information on that website and see if that works. Thanks.
