Account has been disabled

Hi! I have a problem with updating/downloading apps in App Store as it says that my account has been disabled in Itunes and Apple Store! I live in Moldova (Europe) and I can’t connect with Apple Support because of my location! How can I fix this problem? Thank you in advance!
