AUSTRALIAN & UK SIM CARDS
I will use my old iPhone in Australia with an Australian SIM card? Will it automatically synch with my new iPhone which has a UK SIM card?

If you log in using the same Apple ID, you will be able to sync with iCloud. If both devices sync to iCloud, they will exchange data like Contacts, Calendars, Notes and more.
