“confirm your phone number”

Hi, there’s this apple ID I’m trying to log back in and I do have the email and password in mind, and most likely security questions too, however I keep getting asked to CONFIRM MY PHONE NUMBER...

unfortunately can’t do so because when I made the account I used random numbers due to being young and not having a phone

there doesn’t seem to be another way to do this... would be grateful for help thanks in advance
