It’s there already. Apple includes all of the certificates that are trustworthy in the Trust Store, and leaves off sketchy ones. Here’s information on the current trust store—>List of available trusted root certificates in iOS 13, iPadOS 13, macOS 10.15, watchOS 6, and tvOS 13 - Apple Support
