Watch series 2 will not update

My series two watch will not update to the current version. Failed on 6.1.2 and now 6.1.3 is failing. I use an iPhone 11pro max. Get error message. Anyone else?

IOS Update for watch I’ve tried multiple times but my Series 1 watch won’t update. My iPhone has been updated and the problem occurs at the verify stage after the download and the prepare are complete. I’ve tried restarting both devices. Any suggestions?

Yes I did all this. Reinstalled the watch, removed the previous Apple Watch software update download, called and spoke directly to support. No go.
