Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
We have an Apple TV and crave account. While we can sign into the crave account on our computer, we cannot on our Apple TV. It asks for the 7 digit verification code which we put in on the website but then we still cannot access it on the Apple TV. It keeps asking us to put in the code over and over. Thoughts?
Usually once the code is entered, the browser refreshes to “success” and the app refreshes immediately and opens. Your time might have expired. Did you try the option to send the code again? It’s right under where you enter the code I believe.
