This machine has configuration profiles. These are sometimes used by adware and malware.

In what way are they being used by malware? Which specific configurations are being used? You posted your EtreCheck report in order to show us what, specifically? Maybe you could point that out.

About Email and Other Scams

Apple always addresses you by your name or the name they have on file for you.  The Email will be from apple.com or itunes.com. Email addresses can be spoofed. You can go to Mail > View > Message > Show all Headers to see more. Apple Emails will never contain an attachment. Apple will never request personal information such as Social Security numbers.

An exception to the above is when you order something from the Apple Store. The receipt will be addressed to Dear Apple Customer.

Do you know that you have configuration profiles installed? You would have installed them for some reason.

They are generally used by companies that manage their computers.

If this doesn't sound like something you would have done, then the warning is telling you that it might have been Adware that installed the configuration profiles.

Why did you install OS Cleaner Master?

From where did you download all of the software you installed?

Software aggregating sites will often bundle Adware with their downloads of legit software. However, I don't recognize anything you have installed that I recognize as Adware (and apparently Etrecheck did not, either).

What are these?

They appear to be crapware that tries to make you believe they will protect you from something that doesn't exist.

I can't find them searching the internet, so perhaps they are a new form of Adware.
