I deleted phone numbers i still need

Restore your iPhone from a backup that was made before you deleted those numbers:

Be aware that restoring from a backup is an all or nothing process. You cannot restore only contacts (for example) and any information on your device between now and when the backup was created will be lost.

You can go to iCloud.com and restore your missing contacts from an earlier backup.
