No Microphone with iPhone 7 after iOS 13.3.1 Update
I recently updated my company iPhone 7 to iOS 13.3.1. After the install was complete I started noticing that voice calls were not working properly. This was true regardless of if I was using a headset or not. After further experimentation I found that no microphone functions were working in any Apps including voice memos and Siri. Also the noise cancellation settings in the Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual> were no longer available. Interestingly they did work in Car Play when connected to my car.
I reset the iPhone settings through Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. This seemed to work and voice functions were once again restored. After a few hours and restoring some of my basic settings such as Dark mode, touch ID and basic App preferences the microphone function disappeared again. Unfortunately trying the Reset option did not work a second time.
Any thoughts on how this can be resolved or what settings might cause this to happen. This is a work phone so this is causing serious headaches. Before you tell me to upgrade my device please consider it was working fine prior to the update. TEST YOUR RELEASES APPLE!
