How can i prevent airplay while using screen mirroring.

I do not want youtube to start airplay while Im mirroring iphone to AppleTv.cuz the airplay will force AppleTv to fetch content directly from youtube server which is blocked in China while my phone is data roaming so I can view content from youtube on my phone. I try to mirror iphone screen to appleTv so i can watch video full screen on appletv but entering full screen mode on iphone causes airplay to take over which just wont work in my case. Any idea？
