Apple Pay minimum age

How old do you have to be?

• To set up Apple Pay you must be at least 13 years of age to use Apple Pay ( https://support.apple.com/HT204506 see note 2).
• If your Apple ID was created before you were 13 and you are unable to sign up for Apple Pay try signing out of your Apple ID and back in.
• To set up Apple Cash you must be at least 18 years of age (https://applecash.greendot.com/termsconditions/)

• 2. To send and receive money with Apple Pay or receive the Apple Cash card, you must be 18 and a U.S. resident. These services are provided by Green Dot Bank, member FDIC. Security checks may require more time to make funds available.
