Ewa application cancellation request

I downloaded an application called "ewa" when I had an iPhone 7 . I bought Iphone XR in a later period and wanted to transfer the ewa app to my new phone but I was not successful. I couldn't use the app which I paid for. Since I could not see the application ewa from My Account, I could not manage the payment section. Yesterday renewal fee was charged from my account without my knowledge. Can I cancel my "ewa" membership and get my money back or cancel it so that it doesn't renew? Thank you
