‘Save to files’ option not shown. iPad Pro 13.2.3

Hi all,

I’m sure there’s a very simple answer to this, but I can’t find it online anywhere.

If I want to save something to my iCloud files, I click on Share. Sometimes the save to files option is there and sometimes it’s not. Even clicking on ‘more’ doesn’t bring it up in the suggestions section.

Is there a way to always have the save to files option available, please?
