Can't play some tracks from a purchased album

Hello.

I purchased an album from itunes a couple of days ago but can only play about half of the songs. For the others a error message appears saying my device is not authoriserd to play them. After "re-authorising" my laptop the same message still appears. HELP!! any suggestions?

purchased music I recently purchased an album from itunes. some of the songs on the album will not play. Ever time I try to play certain songs on this album a message comes up saying I need to authorize this computer to play this song. So I follow the prompts and authorize the computer. But nothing changes. The same message keeps coming up every time I try to play these songs. So, I repeat the process of authorizing the computer. I can play the majority of the songs on this purchase album except for 3 songs. I paid for this entire album. Only seems fair I should be able to listen to this entire album. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to correct tis issue?

One track on album won't play or download on Mac iMac Pro 2017, MacOS 13.4.1, Music 1.3.5.8, about 1TB of free disk space. I purchased this album, on the Mac track 6 will not download or play. I have removed the download and redownloaded it, same thing. Logged out and back in, restarted the computer, deleting and redownloading each time, same result. This all works fine on my phone. What could be going on here? What it looks like in Music. If I put the cursor over track 6 there's a red download arrow, but clicking on it does nothing. Play also does nothing. When I choose "Show in iTunes store" I see this, that one track shows as purchased, but I can't play or download it.

Unable to play certain tracks I recently purchased an album on iTunes and all of the tracks play except 3. Evey time I try to play these tracks the authorisation window pops up. Going through the authorisation process does nothing. What next?

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
