What limitations does iCloud Notes have?

Here are some guiding questions for building a helpful article:

-How many notes can one have? Is there a limit you can make per day?

-How long can a note get in terms of the number of characters / amount of text?

-How many folders can you make?

-What’s the maximum attachments (files, images, graphics) that be included in a note?

-What’s the maximum size of an attachment that can be added to a note?

Nope, I am talking about the Note apps across macOS and iOS using iCloud to record, manage, and edit notes through iCloud's Notes service. This error, "Maximum attachments reached," comes up on the Notes app in iOS and macOS, for a note using the iCloud Notes service. Attached is the screenshot in macOS when I try to add a photo to a note sheet that has at least 75 images already attached to it.

Plus, I am asking these questions based this article online: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202158 (if this article can point out the limits for iCloud Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Bookmarks, and Maps, then we should document what those are for iCloud Notes as a service; plus, the article is not talking about the web site service, it's talking about the actual apps on macOS and iOS using iCloud to bring these services to life).
