SPAM OR WHAT?

Hello from Greece, I'm receiving this messages in my e-mail. It is a spam, I haven't buy anything like that. But I can't understand what is it.

E-mail threat I got a message, which appear legitimate, reporting undeliverable message sent from my computer, from my e-mail address to my e-mail address. Text of the message included a threat to me to pay up or have obscene messages sent from my e-mail address to all my address book. Is this a real threat?
